Peter Bluett

Architect & Chartered Engineer (Fire) / Director

Peter Bluett, Architect / Chartered Engineer, is a Graduate of DIT and Trinity College, Dublin. He has a Masters Degree in Fire Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.

He is past  President of the Institution of Fire Engineers (Irish Branch).

Peter contributes regularly to the RIAI Journal Architecture on Fire Safety Design and related topics and he is a visiting lecturer on fire engineering at DIT.

Peter’s experience includes

  • Schools, creches, third level educational facilities, schools for children / people with special needs.
  • Retail and commercial premises.
  • Healthcare facilities, hospitals.
  • Reports and inspections in particular in relation to Fire Safety and Building Regulations and safety of existing buildings.

Internal Referrals: Peter provides a service to Colleagues within the Office on Fire Safety  and disability access design matters.


Collaboration with other Firms:

Peter undertakes external referrals from Solicitors, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Client Bodies.
